I've finally shed the last 8 pounds of my undesirable weight. They say it's usually those last stubborn 5 or 10 pounds that are hard to lose, but I literally lost the rest of that weight in my sleep. It wasn't as easy as I make it sound. It did take consistency and determination.
I want to emphasize that I did not meet my goal by 1) doing strenuous, boring workouts and 2) eating only rabbit food. I eat and I eat good. In addition to eating good, I dance and occasionally exercise. And it wasn't like I joined an overpriced dance class or went to the gym 6 times a week. It was basically just me, my computer, and YouTube, 2 to 3 times a week (if that).
There you go...the secret to my success. Dancing, Exercising, and Eating.

I'm getting ready for a family reunion and a mini vacation and I didn't have time to take updated photos of myself. So for now you're going to have to make do with my primitive drawings. Pardon the nudity...had a hard time trying to put clothes on them.
I will definitely post pictures of my weight loss updates as soon as I return. Have a great weekend everyone. And think of me every time you eat =D
